White House

The White House was built in the end of the 18th century after a James Hoban design. Since John Adams moved into the house November 1 in 1800 AD, the house has been the official residence of every US President. The house used to be open to the public, but today it is closed. It is possible for groups to see the house from the side-walk if they make prior arrangements and submit themselves to a background check.
